🔹 About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Multimedia Editor who is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in both graphic design and short-form video editing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting eye-catching content for social media and digital campaigns, primarily for clients in coaching, e-commerce, and lifestyle brands.

The position requires working on a night shift (01:00 AM – 09:00 AM) to support international clients and marketing teams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design static graphics for social media, email campaigns, and websites (e.g., carousels, promos, thumbnails).

• Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with dynamic captions, music syncing, and branding consistency.

• Repurpose long-form content into engaging, platform-optimized short clips.

• Collaborate with the creative lead, content strategist, and virtual team during designated hours.

• Maintain organized file systems and adhere to brand guidelines.

• Ensure fast turnaround without compromising quality.

🛠️ Tools You Should Be Comfortable With

• Canva and Adobe Photoshop (for graphics)

• CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video editing tools

• Google Drive, Slack, Trello (or equivalent remote collaboration tools)

✅ Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in graphic design and/or video editing

• Strong eye for layout, typography, transitions, and audio syncing

• Ability to adapt editing styles based on the client’s brand

• Reliable internet connection and ability to work during graveyard hours

• Bonus: Familiarity with marketing funnels, content repurposing, or agency work
