Location: Thursdays & Fridays (On-Site/Office Based) | Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (Remote)

🔹 About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Facebook Ads and Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a creative eye for ad copy and visuals, and proven experience in driving ROI through performance marketing.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct audience research, competitor benchmarking, and keyword analysis.
Campaign Setup & Management
Create and manage campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team for visuals.
Set up proper targeting (demographics, interests, lookalike, custom audiences, keywords, placements).
Optimization & Performance Tracking
Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily.
Optimize bids, budgets, creatives, and targeting to maximize conversions.
Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copy.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Ensure proper conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, Pixel, Analytics).
Budget & ROI Management
Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to achieve revenue and lead generation goals.
Ensure campaigns deliver cost-efficient and profitable results.
✅ Qualifications
Proven experience running Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns (eCommerce, lead gen, or service-based businesses preferred).
Strong understanding of PPC advertising, remarketing, lookalike audiences, and keyword bidding strategies.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and other tracking tools.
Strong copywriting and creative testing skills.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
💡 Preferred Skills
Experience with landing page optimization (CRO).
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals.
Knowledge of email marketing funnels and retargeting strategies.
Google Ads and Meta certifications (a plus).
